When you give someone the money you have already scammed yourself. The person can just give fake account info. (which is usually the case every time)

The primary difference I see between this topic and the Autodesk case is the fact that Autodesk products do not need to connect to a server to be functional. Either way, EULA's of the type used by Anet have yet to be tested in court. It would be interesting how the courts rule on it. It is my hope that transferring account ownership for virtual money does indead violate both the EULA and law.
